Bet Williams is a fearless vocalist and dynamic performer whose four-octave-range voice has mesmerized audiences across America and Europe. Williams' music blends folk, rock and roots rhythms with intelligent lyrics and infectious hooks. With a gift for storytelling and spontaneous humor, her stage performances go from the profound and poetic to wild and spontaneous, at times bordering on performance art.

Bet Williams is a woman who walks the world with an open heart, observant eyes and something to say. Fresh off a tour of Europe with her band, Bet will strip it down at Salon 33 and present some brand new songs with voice and acoustic guitar. Favorite Williams' tunes like “Neighborhood”, a song about America’s obsession with barbecues, and “Ooh La La” will also be in the mix as well as a handful of old blues tunes.

"Her music is the stuff of a singer who is seething with life," says NPR. No wonder Bet Williams has appeared with Taj Mahal, Joan Osborne, Herbie Hancock, Arlo Guthrie and Lucinda Williams.

"Bet Williams is blessed with everything: a fantastic voice, great musicality, a talent for songwriting and a charismatic stage presence." And the radio station WDST from Woodstock reported only one thing after a recent concert: "One of the best songwriters - in every genre!"
